苦荞怎么吃?熬碗清热去火的苦荞粥

苦荞麦中医又称作“金荞麦”具有清热解毒之功效。市场销售也称为“黑荞麦”。尤其夏天煮粥,清内热去火。名为苦荞麦,实际口味并不苦。针对高血压,血脂高,糖尿病人,尤其疮疡肿痛之人,有很好的食疗作用。

苦荞粥的材料

苦荞米50克 珍珠米100克 鹰嘴豆适量(可有可无)

苦荞粥的做法

1、苦荞麦洗净,去沙。

2、珍珠米也就是东北大米也洗净。

3、两种米混合,加入适量水和洗净的鹰嘴豆。

4、放入压力煲水开15分钟就可以。

5、普通沙褒要30分钟。

苦荞粥的小诀窍

1、苦荞麦和东北大米的比例是1:2

2、苦荞麦不能多于东北大米,脾胃虚寒的人少吃。

3、鹰嘴豆又叫“长寿果”,有板栗的清香,煮粥放几粒,让粥的营养更全面。
