制作苦荞烫面饺的原料:

苦荞面粉250g,面粉250g,肉100g,西葫芦150g。 调料:盐、料酒、鸡精、葱末、姜、鸡蛋液、香油、干淀粉各适量。

苦荞烫面饺的做法详解:

1.将苦荞面和面粉充分混合后放在盆里,加入九成热的开水,用筷子搅拌均匀,然后揉成面团,再加少量冷水柔软,用湿布盖好殇20分钟;

2.将羊肉末、葱姜末、盐、料酒、香油放入盆中拌匀;

3.将西葫芦洗净去皮、去瓤后擦成丝,用盐稍腌制一会挤去水分,放入羊肉馅中,再加入适量鸡精拌成馅待用;

4.将干淀粉放在面板上补面,将面团揪成小剂,擀成皮,包入馅,做成饺子,放到蒸锅中用旺火蒸15分中即可。
