为什么有些苦荞茶喝了上火?

《本草纲目》记载：苦荞麦性味苦、平、寒。苦荞麦性寒，所以吃了苦荞麦本身是不应该上火的。但不少消费者反映连续喝上苦荞茶1个月左右即出现上火的现象。这是为什么呢？

原来，问题出在苦荞茶加工的工艺上面。 目前，对于苦荞麦的熟加工，厂家有两种方法。

一是：热炒烘焙法。另一种是蒸煮法。

对于采用热炒法加工的苦荞茶，长期喝了自然上火。 而对于采用蒸煮法加工的苦荞茶，长期喝就不上火。
就像日常生活中，嗑了炒瓜子上火，而嗑了煮瓜子就不上火是一个道理。
